Helpful resources for global participants.
The Eighth Annual Global Partnership Event, August 17-26, offers elite students teams and university representatives from all over the world a chance to collaborate, form partnerships, and build their global networks by means of two event tracks - a Student Track and a University Track. All student participants will experience Washington, D.C., through tours and sightseeing trips to museums and monuments, as well as a week-long celebration of entrepreneurship hosted in Roanoke-Blackburg, Virginia, USA. University Track participants gather together for university-to-university networking opportunities and brainstorming sessions to explore future collaboration and partnership. The VT KnowledgeWorks Global Partnership is an ongoing, cooperative association of regions building permanent social and academic relationships with each other, honoring their mutual best interests, hosted by VT KnowledgeWorks, Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center, Virginia Tech, and citizens and businesses of the Roanoke-Blacksburg region.
